Shawn supports the San Francisco Civic Symphony with a portion of each of his closings. Founded in 1931 by Rosalie Meyer Stern and Josephine D. Randall, it is the oldest community orchestra west of the Mississippi. SF Civic Symphony welcomes musicians of all levels and provides free live orchestral concerts to the community.
